Have you worked in sales, customer service or a client-facing role? Tell us briefly. *A customer emails: "I need my new trailer wrapped. Make it look good." Write the reply you would send them. *We're looking for the questions you'd ask and how you'd sound.A customer has seen two rounds of options and still isn't happy, but can't say why. What do you do next? *

Choose one project in your portfolio. What would help you hit it? *The customer sends a blurry 200-pixel logo screenshot and wants it on the side of a 16 ft trailer. What do you do? *Anything else you want us to know? (optional)
